Simulated Game Days on Cottesloe Heath at Bisley Shooting Ground in Surrey

A Simulated Game Day is as close as you get to the real thing without the feathers! At Bisley Shooting Ground we are proud to offer simulated game days that will leave your barrels scorched and your appetite well and truly satisfied.

Our adrenaline filled days replicate a days live game shooting, in and out of season.  The focus is on quality drives and challenging targets designed to mimic the natural movement  of Pheasant, Partridge and Grouse.

The natural woodland setting of Cottesloe Heath enables our Simulated Game Days to happen on the Bisley estate.  The High Tower, Colossus Crane and our famous 10 Grouse Butts, provide the ultimate setup to present multiple targets through 360 degrees and up to 200 feet.

Please Note: These days are for experienced shot, with their own gun and licence and all shooting will take place in pairs, one shooting, the other loading.  Either book in with a friend or alternatively we will ‘buddy up’ individuals if required.

Morning Format 9.00am - 12.30pm including Breakfast, Elevenses & a Sloe Gin at the Bar!

Non-Members - £132 per person
Members - £122 per person

  • 9.00am arrive at the Clubhouse for a Breakfast of Ciabatta Bacon Rolls, Granola Yogurt Pots, Pastries and Tea & Coffee
  • 9.30am leave the Clubhouse
  • Shooting commences over 5 drives 
  • Break for Elevenses served on the ground
  • After a successful morning of shooting, return to the Clubhouse Bar for a complimentary Sloe Gin before departing at your leisure

The shooting will take place over 5 Drives and 250 Cartridges are required per person - Cartridges are not included but are available to buy on the day from Reception.

Please note: No refund is available – however a credit note is available, providing we receive a minimum of 5 days’ notice to cancel before the date of the event.

  • At 9.30am the shoot captain will explain the format and provide a safety talk before the short walk to our Cottesloe Heath ground. 
  • Shooting commences over 4 Drives 
  • Break for Elevenses served on the ground
  • Continue shooting over a further 3 Drives
  • Return to the Clubhouse at 1.00pm for a complimentary glass of Champagne
  • A 3 course Lunch will be served at 1.30pm
  • Tea, Coffee and a Chocolate to finish
  • 3.00pm depart at your leisure or return to the Bar!

The shooting will take place over 7 Drives and 350 Cartridges are required per person.  Cartridges are not included but are available to buy on the day from Reception.
